Land…it is mine! (well mine and banks)
I’m a home owner. Does that make me incredibly smart or incredibly dumb? The house is perfect for me and my wife and we have a great location. But our timing couldn’t have been more off. We planned (really we were forced) to close just before mid-terms. So instead of just buying a house we are trying to pack, move, get internet, paint walls, and in our spare time study for mid-term exams. Maybe I’ll feel better if I take out that wall in the living room.
